Danielle Flood was born and raised in Hamilton Township, NJ. Her love of the arts
showed at a very young age; music was the only sure way to get her to stop crying
as a baby. Following the dreams of her parents, she started playing tee ball
when I was a little kid. But, after a couple of months of dancing around and picking dandelions
in the outfield, they decided to listen to her request to take a dance class.
Everything
spiraled from there. One dance class quickly led to many more, as well as numerous
voice and acting classes.
Her first show was School House Rock Jr., in which she
played a dancing planet. From that momentous role, onward, Danielle knew that there
was nothing else that she'd rather to do in life.
After high school, Danielle
moved to New York, where she attended Hofstra University. She graduated
with a dual degree in Drama and Dance and a Musical Theatre minor. In the little
time in her life that is not filled with classes, rehearsals, or shows, Danielle
enjoys being with friends and family, going to the beach, reading, painting, baking,
and cake decorating.
